You can’t enroll a SMART Board display or other device in SMART Remote Management.
What to keep in mind
When you enroll a device in SMART Remote Management, an authentication token is created. If you uninstall the remote management agent or perform a factory reset on the device, you’ll need to reset the authentication token before you can connect the device.
If you reset a device to its factory settings or used a wipe command in SMART Remote Management, reset the authentication token for the device.
What to check

What to try
Follow the instructions in the documentation to enroll the SMART Board display or other device.
If the device you’re trying to enroll is a SMART Board interactive display with iQ, go to SettingsDiagnostics and ensure that SMART Cloud Status is listed as operational.
