Preparing for setup
SMART OneLaunch is installed in the Apps folder on all SMART Board interactive displays with SMART iQ 4.5 or higher. For use on SMART Board Mini or displays running older versions of iQ 3, SMART OneLaunch is available on SMART AM60 Appliances. Before setting up SMART OneLaunch, ensure the organization’s network, display(s), and permissions are configured properly.
Notes
An Airtame Cloud account is required for an organization’s admins to manage devices, licenses, and more.
A separate license is required for SMART OneLaunch.
To use all the functions and capabilities of SMART OneLaunch, certain requirements must be met both in the network where the end devices are located and by the Windows or Android Receiver Apps.
For remote connections, the SMART OneLaunch must be able to access the internet through these ports:

SMART OneLaunch enables video conferencing directly from your SMART Board interactive display, using built-in audio and video hardware. To function properly, it requires access to the microphone, camera, and speakers.
Note
Only microphone and camera permissions require user approval in iQ 4. If you choose not to allow these permissions during setup, you will have to manually enable permissions to start or join calls.
To manually allow permissions
On an interactive display with iQ 4.5 or higher, tap Settings![]()
