Airtame Cloud account
To activate SMART OneLaunch powered by Airtame and monitor the performance of all your devices, you will need to create an Airtame Cloud account. In this web-based console, you can view, update, and manage devices, calendars, users, configure signage, and more.
Go to airtame.cloud.
Create a new account using your organization’s email.
Important
The person creating the account becomes the Account Owner.
There is only one Account Owner per organization.
A single email address can be linked to only one Airtame Cloud organization at a time.
If you need to manage multiple organizations, use separate email addresses for each.

Airtame Cloud uses defined roles (Owner, Administrator, Device and content manager) to manage access to licenses, devices, and signage. These roles are separate from general users who interact with the SMART OneLaunch app on the display.
Notes
Only the account Owner or the Administrator can apply licenses to the organization.
Roles can be seen and edited in the User management tab in the Cloud Account.
