Download files from the internet to the Files library

Instead of opening files in the Browser app, the browser downloads files and saves them in the Files library.

To download files

1. Open the file you want in the Browser app and download it.

2. Return to the Home screen and tap Files.

3. Tap beside My Files and select Downloads.

4. Select the downloaded file by tapping its tile.
   

   You might need to install an app before you can open the file on the display. You can add an app from SMART’s app store. To open Microsoft Office files, you can install the WPS Office app. See Installing and managing apps.

   Tip 

   You can move downloaded files into another folder on the display. Learn more.
