Display settings
Display settings can be found by tapping Settings Display.
Note
A number of the following settings are not available when viewing the input from a SMART AM60 appliance with iQ 4. To access these settings, select the display’s input by pressing the Home button and then navigating to the display’s settings. See the support site for your display to learn more about the available display settings.

Brightness | |
Brightness level | To set your screen's brightness, tap Brightness level and move the slider. |
Adaptive brightness | To automatically adjust your screen's brightness to the light around you, turn on Adaptive brightness. This option is on by default. You can change your brightness while adaptive brightness is on. Over time, the device will learn your preferences. |
Auto contrast | To automatically adjust your screen's contrast to fit what’s being displayed on the screen, turn on Auto-contrast. This option is on by default. Note Disabling automatic contrast may increase energy consumption. |
Lock screen | |
Lock screen | Configure what to show on the lock screen. |
Screen timeout | Set the timer for the screen turning off. |
Appearance | |
Dark theme | Change the screen to display a dark background using a dark theme or color inversion. Dark theme applies to the system’s user interface and supported apps. Colors don't change in media, such as videos. |
Display size and text | Make the display size smaller or larger. |
External displays | Change the resolution sent to the screens on devices connected to your display’s HDMI out and USB-C ports. |
HDMI input | Set the HDMI version settings for HDMI ports for compatibility with some external devices |

Lock display rotation | You can lock the display so it doesn’t rotate when an app only supports portrait orientation. |
