Configuring your organization’s network

To use all features of iQ, you need to configure the network. You’ll also need to configure the network so users can share their devices’ screens. See Configuring your organization’s network for screen sharing .

Network administrators need to configure the network so users can update the display’s firmware and system software automatically over the air and to allow apps to function properly.

A number of SMART products use the following URLs for software updates, collecting information, and backend services. Add these URLs to your network’s allowlist to make sure SMART products behave as expected.
