What seems to be the problem?
The on-screen keyboard isn’t visible.
What to try
Enable the on-screen keyboard:
Select StartSettings.
The Settings window appears.
Tap Ease of Access, and then tap Keyboard.
Enable Use the On-Screen Keyboard.
Enable tablet mode by tapping the notification icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and then selecting Tablet mode.

Windows 11 or the OPS PC module isn’t responding.
What to try
Restart the OPS PC module:
Press and hold the power button on the OPS PC module.
Wait two minutes.
Press the power button to turn on the OPS PC module.
