Signing in and out

If SMART Remote Management is already set up for your organization, an account admin or other SMART Remote Management user can create a user account for you and provide your credentials or can allow you to sign in to SMART Remote Management using your Google or Microsoft account.

SeeCreating and activating a domain account

  1. In a Chrome or Firefox browser, browse to the SMART Remote Management sign-in screen.

  2. If you have a SMART Remote Management account with password, type your user name, account, and password in the appropriate boxes and click Log in.

    Notes 

    • If you previously set up two-step verification, you might be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your mobile device.

    • If you forgot or lost your password, you can reset it.

    OR

    If you have a Google or Microsoft account linked to SMART Remote Management, click Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft and follow the on-screen instructions.

The Dashboard view is the default view when you first sign in (see Using the Dashboard view). You can use the menu to the left of the Dashboard view to navigate SMART Remote Management.

Tip 

ClickMenu at the top of the page to expand the menu.

When you are done working in SMART Remote Management, sign out by clickingUser icon and selecting Log out.
