This page explains how to resolve a variety of common problems with the SMART Chromebox OPS module.

What seems to be the problem?
The on-screen keyboard isn’t visible.
What to try
Enable the on-screen keyboard.
Touch on the display stopped working.
What to try
If an external display or monitor that is connected to the OPS module using an HDMI or USB-C connection, the ChromeOS may have registered it as the main display, transferring touch input to that display instead of the SMART Board interactive display. In these scenarios, SMART recommends using the Mirror Built-in Display option for connected displays in Chrome’s settings instead.
The SMART Chromebox OPS module isn’t responding.
What to try
Restart the OPS module:
Press and hold the power button on the OPS module.
Wait two minutes.
Press the power button to turn on the OPS module.
There is an issue with Bluetooth.
What to try
There is an issue with the network connection.
