Configuring additional settings
After completing the initial setup and configuration wizard, you can choose additional options for SMART TeamWorks Room in the settings.
To open settings
Tap More then tap Room settings.
OR
If you have access to the desktop, click SMART TeamWorks Settings.
From settings, you can make changes to any of the options you set during the initial configuration wizard, and you can also choose additional options. This table describes the settings available to you from SMART TeamWorks Room settings:
Screen | Description |

Language | Choose a language for SMART TeamWorks Room. |
Network | Select a network to use. Click Open Network and Wi-Fi settings, and the Windows menu appears. |
License | Enter a license key to activate the software and select to use an on-premise server. |
Display | The wizard checks the connected displays to make sure they are configured correctly for TeamWorks Room. It automatically assigns the console and main display positions based on the screen size and touch capability. For example, if two displays are connected to the computer that is running TeamWorks Room, TeamWorks Room will designate the display with touch as the main display. Click Edit to modify the display settings. Options for calibrating connected interactive displays or changing display settings in Windows are also provided. |

Calendar | Select a room calendar account. You can choose from:
You will be prompted to enter the appropriate credentials for the option selected. |
Instant meetings | Enable ad hoc meetings, then select the video conferencing services you want, and enter the required account information. |
Presentation | Set presentation and screen sharing options. |
Applications | Add or remove optional Windows applications you want all users to have access to in the meeting room. |
Workspace | Choose settings for the workspace, such as:

Security and notifications | Choose security and notification settings, such as on-screen notifications, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) proximity checks, and meeting session settings. Note Bluetooth Low Energy must be enabled to show the joinroom.me information in the QR code. The joinroom.me URL can be used to join the meeting room by those who don’t have the SMART TeamWorks app on their device. |
