Video conferencing Microsoft Teams (Desktop client): Improved full-screen behavior for passive displays and automatic selection of Room audio equipment. Microsoft Teams (Web): Default transition to Teams web app V2 (V1 is deprecated). Microsoft Teams startup behavior improvement: The Teams UI is prevented from appearing in front of TeamWorks on devices with lower CPU/RAM performance. Google Meet: Improved UI controls compatibility (camera, mic, and screen sharing switch) with the updated Google Meet join and video call UI. Zoom: When connecting to a password-protected meeting, the password input popup now moves to a wired touch controller (if connected).
Presentation / screen sharing AirServer updates: Improved performance, extended Miracast connection PIN display (30 seconds), and fixed playback issues with YouTube videos containing ads. Added new settings for BYOD/BYOM third-party presentation systems, including an option to disable AirServer.
Digital signage Workspace (whiteboard) Custom color picker for drawing tools and SMTP support for sending workspace objects and meeting summaries. Added the ability for joinroom.me to cast a laptop screen to TeamWorks using only the in-room 6-digit code. Improved eraser tool with a dotted-line circle for better visibility.
User interface and system stability: You can now customize user profile images and sign-in screen backgrounds. The Digital Signage launcher uses improved browser based on Microsoft Edge WebView2. In Kiosk mode, the Windows 11 desktop interface is now hidden at app startup and replaced by the TeamWorks logo and loading screen. Kiosk mode now properly restricts access to the Windows menu via swipe-up gestures. Full-screen screenshot provides a "Back" button to return users to the previous screen.

Resolved issues | Video conferencing fixes: Microsoft Teams (Web and Desktop): Fixed automatic guest join, guest users being able to access a Teams meeting link via the room calendar, microphone/camera/screen sharing switch issues, and window resizing problems when screen sharing in dual display mode.
Workspace (whiteboard) User interface and system stability: Fixed an issue where passive display configurations prevented proper full-screen window handling and task switching. Fixed an issue with the "Display Switch" option that could cause TeamWorks to unexpectedly close under certain conditions.
Calendar and device integration: Fixed an issue where rejected meetings were still visible in the Google Calendar meeting list. Fixed a Microsoft 365 issue where the authentication token for video conferencing was lost after a TeamWorks update if no Microsoft 365 account was set as the room calendar. Fixed Logitech TAP’s video input detection when automatic capture mode was enabled.
