Using SMART TeamWorks App to troubleshoot issues

You can use the SMART TeamWorks App to diagnose issues with SMART TeamWorks Room.

To diagnose an issue

  1. In TeamWorks Room, opening Settings and click System diagnostic > Execute Analysis.

  2. Open the SMART TeamWorks App.

  3. TapProfile.

  4. TapSettings.

  5. Tap Diagnostic tool.

  6. Scan the room’s QR code with your device.

  7. Tap Run all in the TeamWorks App.

    The app shows any issues with services.

  8. To save or email the results, tap Show results, and then tap Share. You can now email, text, or save the results.
