Rename external inputs
You can rename external inputs, such as HDMI, to give them an easily recognized name.
Go to Settings
SMART.Tap Input.
Select the external input you want to rename (for example, HDMI 3).
Use the digital keyboard to assign a name to the input, and tap Save.
Now when you select Inputs
on the Home screen to switch connected devices, the new name is assigned to the input. If the display loses the signal from the device, the notification uses the name you assigned to it.
