Sign in and out

If SMART Remote Management is already set up for your organization, a domain account admin or other SMART Remote Management user can create a user account for you and provide you with sign in credentials or can allow you to sign in to SMART Remote Management using your Google or Microsoft account.

To sign in

  1. In a Chrome or Firefox browser, go to smart.glbth.com/.

  2. If your SMART Remote Management account was set up by the admin to use your Google or Microsoft account, Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft and follow the on-screen instructions.

    OR

    Type your sign in credentials in the appropriate boxes and click Log in.

    Note 

    The required sign in credentials are dependent on when a user account was created in a SMART Remote Management:

    • For user accounts created after July 6, 2025, the user name is your email, the account name is the domain account.

    • For user accounts created before July 6, 2025, the user name is the one provided by the domain admin, the account name is the domain account.

To sign out

When you are done working in SMART Remote Management, sign out by clickingUser icon and selecting Log out.
