  1. Download the ZIP file from this page and save it to your computer’s desktop.

  2. Copy the downloaded ZIP file to the root directory of a FAT32 formatted USB drive.

    Important 

    Do not rename or unzip the update file.

    Note 

    The USB drive must have at least 3 GB of free space.

  3. Turn on the display.

  4. Connect the USB drive to the service USB port on the side connector panel.

  5. Open the Settings menu by pressing the Input button on the front control panel or the remote control.

  6. Tap System.

  7. Browse to Firmware update and tap Update.

  8. Tap Local update to update the firmware manually from the USB drive.

  9. After the display checks the update files and confirms the versions, tap Update.

    The display installs the firmware and restarts the display.

    Important 

    Do not turn off the display or unplug the USB drive while the firmware is being updated. A confirmation message will appear when the firmware update process is complete, the display will then restart.

    Note 

    The display may restart a number of times as the firmware update is applied.

  1. Turn on the display.

  2. Open the Settings menu by pressing the Input button on the front control panel or the remote control.

  3. Browse to SettingsAboutFirmware version.

    In the field, you’ll see the firmware version number.
