Getting support and finding serial numbers

If an issue you’re experiencing with the SMART Chromebox OPS module persists or isn’t covered in Troubleshooting or the knowledge base, contact your authorized SMART reseller (smarttech.com/where) for support.

Your reseller might ask you for the appliance’s serial number. Locate the serial number on the laser-etched label on the side of the module:

You will need to remove the appliance from the display to find the serial number.
