Getting support and finding serial numbers

If an issue you’re experiencing with the appliance persists or isn’t covered in Troubleshooting the appliance (AMG1) or the knowledge base, contact your authorized SMART reseller (smarttech.com/where) for support.

Your reseller might ask you for the appliance’s serial number.

  • The serial number for the AMG1 appliance is located on the top side of the module (the side with the vent holes).

  • The serial number is found on the sticker, after SN.

    Note 

    You will need to remove the appliance from the display to find the serial number on the label.
