Adding and managing workspace pages
You can add pages to your workspace if you need more space. You can also clone existing pages, delete pages you no longer need, and change the appearance of the workspace pages by adding lines, grids, and more. When your workspace contains more than one page, you can use the arrows to navigate through them.
Use the page manager on the workspace’s toolbar to quickly add, clone, or delete pages from your workspace.
To add a new page
Tap to open the page manager.
Tap to add a new page.
To move between pages, tap and select the page you want to view.
To clone a page
Tap to open the page manager.
Select the page you want to clone.
Tap.
The cloned page appears at the end of the page list.
To delete a page
Tap to open the page manager.
Select the page you want to delete.
Tip
You can select and delete multiple pages at the same time.
Tap.
The pages you selected are removed from the page manager’s list.
You can change a page’s background color and add lines or a grid to the page.
To change a page’s appearance
Tap to open the page manager.
Select the page you want to change.
Tap.
Add any combination of a background color, lines, and grids.
Note
Changing the page’s appearance affects only the active page. The other pages don't change.
You can email pages as PDFs from the workspace.
To email pages
Tap to open the page manager.
Select the pages you want to share.
Tap .
Enter the email address, subject, and an optional message
Tap .
An email is sent with the pages attached as .jpg images.
