Downloading and setting up the mobile app
Use the SMART TeamWorks 5 app to join a workspace, remotely or in-person. If your organization has set up a workspace host account for you, you can sign in and access additional features.

For iOS and Android devices, download the SMART TeamWorks 5 app from the app store on your device. For Windows devices, visit the downloads page and follow the instructions provided.
Choose the sign in option you want to use (Microsoft, Google, Apple) and follow the prompts to sign in.
OR
If your admin has set up a TeamWorks cloud account for you, use the credentials the admin provided to sign in.
Change account details, such as your photo, display name, location, and more. You can also see how much storage you have left and access security settings to set up Multi-Factor Authentication for signing in to the TeamWorks app.
To view and edit account details
For the mobile device apps, tap
.Tap or click the setting or account detail you want to edit.
Connect to your TeamWorks account to access your Microsoft, Google, and Dropbox cloud file storage and calendar (when applicable).
When you connect an Office 365, Google, or Dropbox account to the TeamWorks app, you temporarily transfer your credentials safely to the SMART TeamWorks app. You can change or update these details at any time in the app’s settings.
To connect your account

Follow the on-screen prompts to sign in and connect your account.
