Before installing SMART TeamWorks in an existing MTR or Zoom Room system, make sure that the computer is formatted and has a clean instance of Windows Enterprise is installed. The most common way to do this is to install Windows using a USB drive.

When completing the setup wizard for installing Windows, and you are prompted with, "Where do you want to install windows?" Delete all the partitions. The setup wizard takes care of creating a single, formatted partition. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions for installing Windows.
When installing in an existing MTR or Zoom Room system, do the following:

Once the above two items are completed, you can then install SMART TeamWorks and confirm the displays are configured properly.

After setting the resolution, you can begin installing SMART TeamWorks software. While installing, confirm that the displays and the console are correctly identified in the configuration wizard. If they are not, you can tap or click Edit
