Configuring your organization’s network

1. For remote connections, the SMART TeamWorks Apps and TeamWorks Room must be able to access the internet through these ports.

1. Enable the 2.4 Ghz network.

2. To allow devices to share their screen, TeamWorks Room must be able to access the internet through these ports.

   Note 

   Even if your network is open, screen sharing requires the following ports to be open.

3. Configure the network to allow the following Bonjour services:

   • _airplay._tcp

   • _googlecast._tcp

   • _display._tcp

   • _airserver._tcp

   • _raop._tcp

4. (Optional) If using a built-in WebRTC system, make the following changes to your network:

   • Add to allowlist: rms.valarea.com

   • Enable access to the following ports:

Install the Wireless Display feature to use Miracast with SMART TeamWorks Room.

1. Open Settings, and click Apps.

2. Click Optional features.

3. Click Add a feature.

4. Select Wireless Display.

5. Click Install.

6. After the Wireless Display feature has installed, you can close Settings.
