Taking screen captures

Use the workspace screen capture tools to capture the contents of the workspace. You can capture an entire screen or a selected portion. After a meeting ends and a recap is saved, you can save or email the screen captures. See Importing, exporting, and saving workspaces.

Tip 

You can tell if a page is a screen capture ifCamera icon appears on a page in the page manager.

To create a screen capture of the whole screen

  1. Join or start a meeting.

  2. Open the drop-down toolbar

  3. TapSnapshot.

  4. SMART TeamWorks Room takes a screen capture of the entire screen and inserts it as a new page.

To create a screen capture of an area of the screen

  1. Join or start a session.

  2. Open the drop-down toolbar

  3. TapArea Capture.

  4. Tap and drag the cursor over the area of the screen you want to capture.

  5. TapCapture.

    TeamWorks Room takes a screen capture of the area you selected and inserts it on the workspace page.
