Connecting calendars
After creating an Airtame Cloud account for your organization, you can use it to connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 calendars to display the meeting room availability directly on your SMART Board interactive displays.
Note
Only Calendars for Meeting Room resource accounts for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are supported. Personal calendars are not.
Sign in to your Airtame Cloud account as the account Owner or an Administrator.
Browse to Settings

Calendar connection
Select your calendar service (Google or Microsoft 365) and follow the prompts to authenticate. You can connect either or both Google and Microsoft 365 resource room calendar accounts.
Complete the authentication process using a service account with the appropriate permissions.
Tips
For Google Calendar: Use a service account with access to your organization's meeting room calendar. Ensure the service account has the necessary permissions to view and manage calendar events.
For Microsoft 365: Use a service account with delegated or application-level API permissions to access room mailboxes and calendar data.
Once connected, the calendars for linked room resources will be available to assign to specific SMART Board interactive displays or other devices.
