Group plans to SMART Learning Suite are available to organizations for purchase through a SMART reseller. Additionally, if you are in a region that doesn’t support purchasing a single subscription, you can also purchase a subscription through your local SMART reseller.

Most teachers have their school purchase a subscription on their behalf, but you can also purchase a subscription for yourself either directly from SMART or through a reseller.

Note
If you purchased the subscription yourself, you received access to the SMART Admin Portal and can assume the role of the administrator in this procedure.
Ask the administrator whether your email address has been provisioned.
If it has, make sure the administrator provisioned your email.
If it hasn't, ask the administrator to provision it by signing in to the SMART Admin Portal and adding your SMART Account email address to your school’s subscription.
After your email has been added to your school’s subscription in the portal, you can use it to create a SMART Account and sign in using that account’s credentials to access SMART Notebook Plus and Lumio for as long as the subscription is active.
Note
Provisioning is only available for SMART Notebook 17 or later; if you are using an earlier version, you must activate your copy of the software using a product key to maintain your access to the software.
