Highlights

  • Improved the appearance of Microsoft Ink in PowerPoint and Excel software.

  • Added support for the pen tray on QX Pro interactive displays.

  • Upgraded Qt software to version 5.15 in Windows drivers apps.

Known issues

  • While using Lumio software on a SMART Podium 624 interactive pen display, finger and pen events might not be distinguished correctly.

  • The model number, serial number, and firmware version are presented incorrectly on SMART Board GX (V2) model interactive displays.

  • The display might behave incorrectly if touch is used before the SMART Board service enumeration is complete.

  • In the Whiteboard Development Kit, ink is offset in Lumio.

  • SMART Board services take a long time to start after stopping and restarting services or restarting, logging into or logging out of a laptop.

  • On a SMART Podium 624 interactive pen display, switching from duplicated to extended display causes touch to appear on the computer’s display rather than the Podium’s.

  • If the computer connected to the display has Windows 10 version 2004, the display’s screen may go black if you try to draw using a Microsoft Office app. This is a known issue with the Windows 10 version 2004. See Microsoft Support for more details.
