Highlights

  • Support for the 64-bit plugin for Adobe Reader.

  • Support for Basque, Galician, and Catalan.

  • Rosetta is no longer required as a condition for installation. Rosetta is only required if you need to update firmware on a SBM700 series interactive whiteboard.

Known issues

  • When your computer comes out of sleep, or when you plug it into a SMART board, the activity monitor will sometimes show SMARTBoardService as “Not Responding.” Touch screen and pen functionality will not work. Restart the computer to clear the problem.

  • SMART Board interaction with SMART Learning Suite Online is not functional on macOS Big Sur (11.0). See Managing Mac Security Settings on the SMART Support Site for details.

  • In macOS High Sierra (10.13) and later, Apple introduced security and privacy settings that affect SMART Ink and Product Drivers, SMART Notebook, and related software. As a result, additional configuration is required so that SMART software runs as expected on macOS.
