Save or export the whiteboard file

The whiteboard saves automatically to the display's Files library. You can open it any time from the Files and resume working on it. You can also choose to export the saved whiteboard as a PDF or SMART Notebook file and save it on a USB drive connected to the display.

  1. On the whiteboard toolbar, tap Share.

  2. Select PDF to save as a PDF file, or Save a copy to save it as a SMART Notebook file.

  3. Choose the location to save the file to.

    You can save it locally, or to a connected drive or device.

    Note 

    Will work with any FAT32-formatted USB drive.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.

  2. Under Application settings, tap SMART Whiteboard.

  3. Switch the Allow saving option On or Off.

    When enabled, the display stores whiteboard files for one month by default.

    Note 

    To change this setting, tap Whiteboard deletion policy and select a new option. This setting may be different depending on the display you are using.
