    • Resolved Issues

      • Resolved the issue where SMART Board displays didn’t return to sleep after overnight update checks when an active external input, such as an OPS or connected computer, was detected.

      • Resolved the issue where the power and volume button LEDs on the SMART Board QX Pro series convenience panel remained on while the display was in standby.

      • Resolved the issue where the power, freeze, and mute buttons on the SMART Board QX Pro series convenience panel did not respond when pressed.

    • Known Issues

      • Touch performance, detection, or accuracy may be impacted when the display detects multiple pens, erasers, or fingers that are less than 20 cm from each other (6000S and QX Pro displays only).

      • In some instances, the Settings app may take up to 30 seconds to load when the display’s mic array is enabled (MX-V4 displays only). This duration to query the display’s mic array status is expected behavior.

      • Tapping the Computer input on the iQ input screen does not wake up or power on a connected OPS appliance. To resolve, press the power button on the OPS appliance to turn it on.
