Export the whiteboard file
The whiteboard saves automatically to the display's Files library. You can open it any time from the Files and resume working on it. You can also choose to export the saved whiteboard as a PDF or SMART Notebook file.
Export a whiteboard as a PDF or Notebook fileOn the whiteboard toolbar, tap More
Export As 
Select PDF to export as a PDF file, or Notebook to export it as a SMART Notebook file.
Choose the location to save the file to.
You can save it locally, or to a connected drive or device.
Share the whiteboard fileShare a whiteboard file using a cloud storage app, such as Google Drive or OneDrive.
On the whiteboard toolbar, tap More
Share 
.You can select to share to Google Drive or Gmail account, or use Quick Share to share with a nearby Android device.
