What seems to be the problem?

  • The on-screen keyboard isn’t visible.

    What to try

    Enable the on-screen keyboard:

    1. Select StartthenSettings.

      The Settings window appears.

    2. Tap Ease of Access, and then tap Keyboard.

    3. Enable Use the On-Screen Keyboard.

    Enable tablet mode by tapping the notification icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and then selecting Tablet mode.

  • Windows 11 or the OPS PC module isn’t responding.

    What to try

    Restart the OPS PC module:

    1. Press and hold the power button on the OPS PC module.

    2. Wait two minutes.

    3. Press the power button to turn on the OPS PC module.
