Getting support and finding serial numbers
If an issue you’re experiencing with the board persists or isn’t covered in this guide or the knowledge base, contact your authorized SMART reseller (smarttech.com/where).
Your reseller might ask you for the serial number for the board or the SMART kapp iQ appliance.
Finding the board serial numberThe board’s serial number is located in the following places:
In the on‑screen display menu (see Serial Number for the SMART kapp iQ 55 and SMART kapp iQ 65 models or Serial Number for the SMART kapp iQ 65‑V2 and SMART kapp iQ 75 models)
On a label on the bottom frame
On a label on the back of the board
Finding the SMART kapp iQ appliance serial numberThe SMART kapp iQ appliance’s serial number is located on a label on the SMART kapp iQ appliance.
Note
You need to remove the SMART kapp iQ appliance from the board to locate the serial number label.
