• When watching a video in full-screen mode, a ghost image of the tab you were watching appears on top. Close the Browser app and open it again.

• The Screen Share app on iPad with iOS 12.4.5 causes out-of-synch audio or no audio. Upgrade the iPad’s operating system to the latest iOS version.

• Windows computers: If SMART Notebook is open on the computer, you can’t open the SMART Screen Share app. Close SMART Notebook and then open the SMART Screen Share app.

• Some devices may have trouble sharing their screen using Miracast. Tap Restart Screen Share in the Screen Share lobby.
