Getting support and finding serial numbers
If an issue you’re experiencing with the interactive flat panel persists or isn’t covered in this guide or the knowledge base, contact your authorized SMART reseller (smarttech.com/where).
Your reseller might ask you for the serial number for the interactive flat panel or the SMART kapp iQ appliance.
Finding the interactive flat panel serial numberThe interactive flat panel’s serial number is located in the following places:
In the on‑screen display menu (see Serial Number for the SMART kapp iQ Pro 55 and SMART kapp iQ Pro 65 models or Serial Number for the SMART kapp iQ Pro 65‑V2 and SMART kapp iQ Pro 75 models)
On a label on the bottom frame
On a label on the back of the interactive flat panel
Finding the SMART kapp iQ appliance serial numberThe SMART kapp iQ appliance’s serial number is located on a label on the SMART kapp iQ appliance.
Note
You need to remove the SMART kapp iQ appliance from the interactive flat panel to locate the serial number label.
