Lumio usage analytics
Lumio Standard or Lumio Spark plan required.
The Analytics feature allows an organization’s admins to access and download their organization's Lumio usage data. It provides insights into the number of lessons, activities started, and active user count for your organization.
The activity data gives admins insights on the most and least popular activities used by the teachers. Admins can customize professional development programs to better support to teachers in integrating these activities in the classroom.
Note
Only admin users can access Lumio usage analytics. To grant access to other users, their roles need to be upgraded to Admin in the Admin Portal.
To generate an analytics report
Sign in to the Admin Portal account as an administrator.
Click the Analytics tab.
From the drop-down menu, select the organization you want to generate analytics for.
Tip
You can also generate an analytics report from the Organization tab by clicking on the
icon.Click Export data.
The report automatically downloads as a CSV file.

Active Unique Users (Last 365 Days) | Even if Available Days of Data is more than 365, this column will only give the sum of Unique Users who produced any activity in Lumio in the last 365 days. |

FAQsMy organization has the free Lumio plan. Can I see our usage data?
No, usage analytics is only available for organizations with a Lumio Standard or Spark plan.
Why isn't all usage data available since the start of my subscription?
The usage data is available from August 1, 2024
I’m a new customer, why can’t I see my organization’s data?
New customers will see their first usage report on the first Sunday after their Lumio plan is activated.
Our Lumio data did not update since last download, why is that?
The usage data is refreshed every Sunday.
How is an event defined?
An event refers to any user interaction within Lumio , including starting synchronous sessions or activity, viewing pages, modifying content, signing in, joining a session.
What is included in the event count?
The event count includes all actions performed by teachers in Lumio, such as viewing pages, modifying lesson content, and starting synchronous sessions or activities. Since not all actions are represented in the other columns, the total event count will be higher than their combined sum of sessions and activities.
Does this report contain student data?
No, this CSV file does not contain student data. Student data can be exported in Lumio.
