Updating system firmware

You can update the display’s firmware over-the-air provided it’s connected to the internet, or manually using a USB drive.

To apply a firmware update

  1. Open the Settings menu by pressing the Input button on the front control panel or the remote control.

  2. Tap System.

  3. Browse to Firmware update and tap Update.

  4. Tap Network update to update the firmware over the internet.

    Note 

    Local update is to update the display’s firmware manually.

  5. Select the OTA server.

  6. Tap Update.

    The display downloads and applies the firmware update.

    Note 

    The display may restart a number of times as the firmware update is applied.

You can download system firmware updates from the display’s downloads page and update the display’s firmware manually using a USB drive.
