Change settings for the display’s screen share app
You can choose a variety of settings for sharing device screens to the SMART Board interactive display:
The room name: choose a unique name to help people easily identify the display when trying to share to it.
Enable floating session ID: choose to turn on the floating session ID window to help people easily find the session information for connecting their devices.
Enable unlimited device connections: turn on unlimited connections so that everyone in the room can connect to the screen sharing session.
Choose to allow connections from any network: set whether devices need to be on the same network to share to the display.
Add security to control who can share to the display: turn on settings that prevent unwanted sharing to the display.
