Resolved issues

  • Resolved an issue where the ability to temporarily freeze a display’s screen was not functional when viewing external inputs.

  • Resolved an issue with intermittent loss of audio on the HDMI and USB-C inputs.

  • Resolved an issue where a display's firmware version would display incorrectly in the SMART Remote Management portal.

  • Improvements to the accuracy of the user interface language and localization.

Known issues

  • Screen image interference appears when the following resolutions and refresh rates are used for the display’s USB-C ports: 3840X2160 59.94Hz (YCbCr) and 4:2:0 10 bit FULL.

  • The Remove Google Accounts command in SMART Remote Management fails to remove accounts while claiming success.

  • The wide end of the display's pen is not recognized as a finger tool when writing in Notepad on an external input.

  • If an over-the-air download is interrupted during an update, a power cycle maybe required to resume the download.

Known issues

  • Firmware version and Device ID may display incorrectly in the SMART Remote Management application.

  • Screen image interference appears when the following resolutions and refresh rates are used for the display’s USB-C ports: 3840X2160 59.94Hz (YCbCr) and 4:2:0 10 bit FULL.

  • Possible loss of video input from a device connected to the HDMI 1 port.
