Finding the version currently installed on a displayTurn on the display.
Tap the Home button, and then tap the Settings icon.
The current scaler firmware version appears under Scaler Version in the board information area.
Installing this versionDownload the ZIP file and save it to your computer’s desktop.
Copy the ZIP file to the root directory of a FAT32 formatted USB drive.
Note
The USB drive must accommodate at least 1 GB.
Connect the USB drive to the Service port on your display.
A dialog box appears.
Note
If no dialog box appeared, the update file is not the most recent version, or the interactive display already has the latest version.
Tap OK.
Caution
Do not disconnect the USB drive or turn the display off until the installation is complete.
The display restarts and an update screen appears. When the installation is complete, the display restarts.
