Getting support and finding serial numbers

If an issue you’re experiencing with the multistylus or docking station persists or isn’t covered in Troubleshooting or the knowledge base, contact your authorized SMART reseller (smarttech.com/where) for support.

Your reseller might ask you for the docking station’s serial number.

It is engraved on the back of the unit (pictured).
