Updating firmware

Firmware updates install automatically when the multistylus is placed in a connected docking station. If an update is available, it starts within two minutes.

Important 

The multistylus must have a decent amount of charge before the firmware can be updated.

To update firmware

  1. Place the multistylus in the docking station.

  2. Wait two minutes for the update to start.

    Important 

    • If an update is in progress, do not remove the multistylus from the docking station.

    • The LED flashes amber during the update.

  3. Wait 30 seconds for the firmware to update. When the update is complete, the LED flashes blue to confirm the connection.

    Note 

    The LED may pause or turn off briefly before flashing blue.
