Getting support and finding serial numbers

If an issue you’re experiencing with the SMART SoundLift voice amplification solution persists or isn’t covered in Troubleshooting SMART SoundLift or the knowledge base, contact your authorized SMART reseller (smarttech.com/where) for support.

Your reseller might ask you for the serial number of a SMART SoundLift microphone, receiver or microphone charging case. A serial number (“S/N”) located on the back of each component.
