Updating firmware

Firmware updates install automatically when the multistylus is placed in the docking station. If an update is available, it starts within two minutes.

Important 

The multistylus needs enough charge before firmware can update.

To update firmware

  1. Place the multistylus in the docking station.

  2. Wait two minutes for the update to start.

    Important 

    • Don't remove the multistylus from the docking station during an update.

    • The LED flashes amber during the update.

  3. Wait 30 seconds for the firmware to update. When the update is complete, the LED flashes blue to confirm the connection.

    Note 

    The LED can pause or turn off briefly before flashing blue.
