Using Finder
Use the Finder to access files on the appliance or on a USB drive connected to the appliance or the display.

To open Finder
Open the Toolbar by tapping the Toolbar menu button
at the bottom of the screen.
SeeToolbar
Tap the All Apps icon
.
The All Apps menu appears.
Search for and tap the Finder icon
.
Finder opens.
To view a file
In Finder, browse to the folder that contains the file and double-tap it.
Tip
To sort files by name, date, or size, tap a file category
More
Sort by.
The file opens in the appropriate application.
To stop viewing a file
Open the Toolbar by tapping the Toolbar menu button
at the bottom of the screen, and tap Home icon

To delete files
In Finder, browse to the folder that contains the file, tap the file, and then tap Delete
OK.
The file is moved to Trash.

To move or copy a file from a USB drive to the appliance
Connect a USB drive to the display’s connector panel or the appliance's connector panel.
Open the Toolbar by tapping the Toolbar menu button
at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the All Apps icon
.
Search for and tap the Finder icon
to open Finder.
Tap the name of the connected USB Drive.
Browse to the files you want to move or copy.
Tap a file to select it.
OR
Tap Select to select multiple files. A check box appears next to the selected files.
Tap Cut or Copy in the bottom menu.
Note
Cut removes the file from the USB drive, whereas Copy leaves the file on the USB drive.
Tap Local files.
Browse to the folder you want to move or copy the file to.
Double-tap the folder to open it.
Tap Paste.
The file is copied or moved to the appliance.
To move or copy a file from the appliance to a USB drive
Open the Toolbar by tapping the Toolbar menu button
at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the All Apps icon

Search for and tap the Finder icon
to open Finder.
Tap Local files.
Browse to the files you want to move or copy.
Tap a file to select it.
OR
Tap Select to select multiple files. A check box appears next to the selected files.
